The Beginning – PC Technician Days

My tech journey began in 2013 when I worked as a PC Technician in a small repair shop. Back then, floppy disks were still in use, Windows XP were king, and dial-up modem sound was a daily ritual.

I spent my days diagnosing hardware failures, replacing motherboards, troubleshooting software issues, and optimizing client performance. It wasn’t just a job—it was a passion. I loved the challenge of figuring out why a system wasn’t working and restoring it to full functionality.

But I wasn’t satisfied fixing computers—I wanted to understand technology deeper. That led me to the next step in my journey: IT support.

Transition to IT Support Specialist

By 2015, I had expanded beyond hardware repairs into network troubleshooting, software installations, and IT support services. The world rapidly shifted toward connected systems, and I wanted to be at the forefront.

Working as an IT Support Specialist, I handled:

✔ Microsoft & Windows Server management

With every challenge I solved, my skills grew. I wasn’t just repairing computers anymore—managing IT infrastructure and ensuring businesses could operate smoothly.

But then, I discovered something new—the world of web development.

By 2015, I had mastered IT support and was ready for something new: building websites.

I entered the world of WordPress development, where I created and optimized websites for businesses across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

As I built more websites, I noticed security vulnerabilities everywhere. Hacked websites, data breaches, malware injections—cyber threats were growing, and businesses weren’t prepared.

I knew I had to do something about it.

Fast forward to 2025, and I’ve fully transitioned into Cybersecurity.

After years of IT support, network security, and WordPress security work, I officially shifted my focus to cyber defense, ethical hacking, and risk management.
